Parador ensures that they are not involved with Illegal logging, trade in illegally harvested timber or timber products, or violation of trade and customs laws. They refuse to tolerate violation of traditional and human rights in forestry use, destruction of protected forests, or the Introduction of genetically modified organisms into forestry use.

Should it turn out that wood-containing raw materials procured by Parador originate from illegal or otherwise controversial sources, they are committed to immediately taking all necessary steps to avoid this in the future, including the discontinuation of purchases from those sources.
